Conditions of purchase and cancellation

Once you have received your booking confirmation, you must present it at least half an hour before departure on the day of the excursion at our Flipper Uno office, which is located at the entrance to Los Gigantes wharf.

You must provide the original, authentic voucher to the relevant service provider in order to participate in your tour. Your reservation cannot be accepted or admitted without presenting a valid Voucher. Digital submission of the voucher (e.g. your phone or tablet) will also be accepted.

Important. The age of children from 2 to 12 years old will be verified during the boat trip.

Can I cancel a reservation?

Yes, you can cancel your booking as long as it is made at least 24 hours in advance and we will refund 100% of the amount paid. If the cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours notice, it will mean the loss of 100% of the amount paid.

What happens if the activity is cancelled or delayed?

In the event that the activity is delayed, there will be no modification, as we respect the contracted time.

If the activity is cancelled due to weather conditions, the date and time will be changed. If you are unable to attend, the amount paid will be refunded.

Can I change the date of my booking?

Yes, you can change your booking at least 24 hours in advance, as long as there are still places available on the new chosen date.
